Policies
Artwork:
Sized camera ready art and clear and concise instructions are required. Exact duplication of logos and letter types cannot be guaranteed unless camera ready art with size specifications is submitted. Unless otherwise requested we will size art to best fit the apparel.
Acknowledgements:
All custom orders must be in writing via fax, e-mail, or signed papers through a qualified representative.
Cancellations/Changes/Corrections:
No changes to your order can be made once the product has been put into production. (After sample approval)
Prices:
Are subject to change; however a written quote will be honored for 45 days from product quote.
Terms:
Net 30 once an account has been established
Freight:
Will be included in your price quote and includes door to door service from overseas.
Fabric Color:
Due to color variations in dye lots, we can not guarantee exact color matches of material with each shipment. Certain material may have shading variations.
Pre-Production Proofs:
Once the details of pricing and logo embroidery locations have been agreed upon, Headfirst will provide a Pre-Production Sample for final approval.
Trademark/Copyright Usage:
It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with any trademark, copyright, etc. to meet requirements for logos used in artwork.
Production Times:
Normal production for our overseas program is 17-25 working days after sample approval.
Samples:
All random samples will be invoiced plus applicable freight charge.
Packaging:
Hats are packaged 24 pieces per inner box with polybag for 144 piece master cartons. 36 pieces per inner box with polybag for 246 piece master carton.
Order information:
The lead-time above is based on after sample approval and materials/fabric available in stock.
- Sample delivery will be 9-12 days after artwork and disk are delivered
- The minimum quantity (144 pieces) for our overseas program is base on per style, and logo
- 2nd embroidery location is 3,000 stitches minimum charge.
- Tape charge/Digitizing fee is free with 144 piece order or more
