There is a 144 piece minimum on all orders. Your order will include free Logo set-up and up to 7,000 flat embroidery stitches in one location on the hat.
Pricing guidelines for four of our most popular, stock hats are listed below. These hat syles provide the quickest turn-around times, as well as a number of color and fabric options. They also provide a solid base for any custom add-ons, materials or embroidery requests.

Brushed Cotton Twill

This fabric is very similar to Brushed Cotton Twill fabric, but a bit heavier. It is a stong, durable material that also works very well in structured hats.

Additional Custom and Add-on Pricing
Extra Embroidery
Additional stitches are $.08 per hat per 1,000 stitches. With an additional embroidery location there is a $.24 minimum charge.
3-D and Applique Embroidery carries an additional charge of $.50 per logo.
Other Add-Ons
Sandwich Bill and 2-Tone hats are an additional $.40 per hat.
